Terms of sale

These terms cover the digital products sold on white-bay.com ("the guide"). Buying the guide means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for this store. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Lemon Squeezy; the guide itself is licensed to you by White Bay. Your receipt and invoice come from Lemon Squeezy, and applicable sales tax or VAT is handled by them.

What you get

• A PDF of the guide, delivered by download link immediately after payment.
• The accompanying file bundle referenced in the chapters.
• Revisions to the edition you bought, at no extra cost, delivered to the email used at checkout.

Your licence

You may use the guide and the bundled files for your own work, including commercial work you do yourself or for an employer or client. You may adapt the bundled files in your own projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the guide or the bundled files, in whole or in part, or share your download link. Reselling under private label rights or master resell rights is not permitted.

What the guide is not

The guide documents a working setup and the commands used to build it. It is technical instruction, not advice about your particular system, and it does not promise any business, financial, or income outcome. Running automated agents on your own machine or server is your responsibility, including any costs charged by third-party services you connect.

Third-party tools

The guide references third-party software that White Bay does not own or control. Those tools have their own licences and terms, and they change independently of this guide. Check them before you rely on them.

Availability and changes

Prices and contents can change. Changes do not affect an order already placed. If a product is withdrawn, existing buyers keep access to what they bought.

Liability

The guide is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, White Bay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the guide or the bundled files. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
